Virtual Weddings

We want to make it a beautiful, easy process for you to say "I do" virtually. Partner with Virtuous Endeavors to take the stress out of your virtual day. We use the videoconferencing software Zoom to make your special day enjoyable for you and your guests.

Virtual Weddings still take planning! You have the option of adding pre-planning to your Virtual Wedding Package to make your wedding planning process as easy as can be. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Pre-Planning

Three distinct meetings prior to your virtual ceremony that include budget discussions, wedding designs, vendor recommendation & coordination, timelines, RSVP management, website & invitations and much more!

Add Ons

Keepsake Guestbook- Up to 30 pages of guestbook entries compiled into a custom physical guestbook with a photo of your choice as the front cover.
Wedding Guest Video Compilation- Have special guests create short videos of comments and advice for you and we will compile it into a beautiful video you can enjoy for years to come.

Virtual Wedding - Basic

Services include the following:

Email correspondence
Virtual Guestbook
2-hour time block to host your virtual ceremony
45-minute prelude for virtual tech support, setup, and welcoming of guests
1 audio/video set up call
1 rehearsal call to do a full dry run-through of your virtual wedding
Ability to feature stream from up to 3 cameras. Our team will switch between cameras based on client provided cues. Cameras can include a smartphone, tablet or computer.
Spotlighting and unmuting/muting of virtual guests
Playing of all provided media during the wedding (music, video, slide shows)
Welcome, intermission, and thank you slides
Copy of Wedding as it aired + rights to use (without music)
Copy of Virtual guestbook spreadsheet file
Copy of guest chat (text only)
Up to 300 Virtual Guests

We do not provide AV but can give suggestions for rental/purchasing options.

Virtual Wedding-Plus

This service includes everything from the virtual wedding basic plus:

4 -hour time block to host your virtual ceremony & reception
Unlimited Virtual Guests
Ability to feature stream from up to 9 cameras
45-minute prelude with music and custom photo slideshow (up to 50 photos)
Interactive Reception
We will help move your guests to reception tables (breakout rooms) to participate in the post-ceremony celebration after the stream ends. Our team will moderate the reception so you can interact with all of your guests.
